We have a strict cancelation policy. A full refund will be provided if the reservation is canceled 7 days or more prior to the date. A 50% refund will be provided if canceled at least 48 hours in advance. No refund will be given if canceled within 48 hours of the reservation.
Our golf carts are street legal LSVs (low speed vehicles) that can be driven on all roads with a speed limit of 35mph or less.
Due to the safety of our renters, pets are prohibited from riding on the cart/LSV.
Yes, all drivers have to meet the eligibility requirements and sign the rental agreement.
All renters/drivers must be 22 years of age, have a valid driver's license, have full coverage liability automobile insurance, and sign a rental agreement.
Yes, to cover any potential incidentals, a $150 security deposit will be held on the renter's credit card. This deposit will automatically be released back to the credit card after the rental period is over and no damages to the cart were incurred.
Our rentals are for a minimum of 24 hours. All carts are dropped off and picked up between 8 AM – 10 AM. We do not charge a delivery fee.
