Rental Rules & Safety Guidelines

• • Drivers must be 22 years old with a valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
• • All carts/LSVs must be driven on roads with a speed limit of 35 mph or less. Carts are not permitted on state roads, even if the speed limit is 35 mph or below. Driving off-road, on sidewalks, or beaches is strictly prohibited.
• • All drivers must be present at drop-off to sign the rental agreement.

• • Drop-off is between 8 AM – 10 AM.

• • Renter must sign that they have received and understand all rules.
•  
• • Renters are responsible for all driving and/or parking tickets acquired during the rental period. Carts/LSVs must be parked in a regular parking spot.
• • Zero tolerance policy for drinking and driving and/or driving while intoxicated. Open containers in the LSV are also prohibited by law.
• • Seatbelts must be worn by ALL passengers at ALL times.
• • Any child who uses a 5-point harness car seat or an infant car seat by law must use one on the cart/LSV at all times. Children cannot ride on laps.
• • Pets are prohibited on the carts/LSVs, no exceptions.
• • All traffic laws that apply to cars also apply to LSVs (use of turn signals, headlights at night, obey stop signs and traffic lights, etc.).
• • Carts/LSVs must be placed on the charger when not in use. Please have carts/LSVs charged and ready for pick up.
